Thanksgiving

I know this is really late.  I haven't kept up with my posts at all over the last month or two, but I have been taking pictures, so I hope that I can get caught up and get them all posted soon!

We went to my parents' house in Spartanburg for Thanksgiving along with my Mom's and my Dad's families and Travis' family.  It was a full house, but it was lots of fun.  Henry did really well with everyone and really enjoyed having Carter to play with.

My parents have a dog and a cat, and usually some other pet around.  Henry loves to follow animals around, as long as he can initiate and they don't get too close to him.

We all got a few Samuel snuggles too :)

And of course, there was lots of cooking and eating, and lots of games and catching up with family.

We always do Christmas with my Dad's family the day after Thanksgiving, so here is a video of Henry opening a gift.  He got so many fun things, and he really got into opening gifts this year.

All the scarves!  Grandmama got all of the cousins matching scarves so we had to put them on and get a picture :)

We had a great time with family and friends, and I am so grateful for all of them!

Henry loves to help me cook.  When he sees me doing anything that looks like it might be cooking he runs over to the table and drags a chair across the kitchen so that he can stand in it beside the counter.  Although he is usually pretty interested in what I am doing, I think these pictures show the biggest reason that he likes to help...

Homecoming

Travis and Henry and I went to Clemson's homecoming a few weeks ago.  We had a great time enjoying the beautiful trees and seeing all of the decorated floats!

Car Repairs

Henry loves to help Travis work on our cars.  (Not my favorite activity because they both end up so dirty!)

We got to go to Sky Top apple orchard with our CP group a couple weekends ago.  It was beautiful weather and we had an great time with everyone!

Camping

We were able to go camping a few weeks ago, before the weather turned colder.  We all had a great time, and Henry slept great in the tent.  We went on a weeknight, so we had the campground all to ourselves.  We also had a visit from a skunk!

Sightseeing

We also got to hike to a waterfall while we were camping.

It was a gorgeous, fun weekend.  Glad we got to fit it in before the cold weather!
