The Wheels On The Bus

Henry and I go to story time at the library almost every week.  The librarian reads different books each week, but we always sing the same songs, including the wheels on the bus.  When we are at story time Henry always sits perfectly still in my lap -- he never participates in the words or the motions at all.  I was so surprised when I asked him one day and he could tell me what each verse of the song says!

Jumping

Henry loves to jump!  Travis got this video of him showing off his new skill a few weeks ago.

Baseball game

A few weeks ago, one of Travis' coworkers gave him tickets to a Clemson baseball game that he wasn't using, so we were able to go!  It turned out to be a really pretty afternoon, not crowded at all, and Clemson won, so it was a great time to go :)  I think Henry's favorite part was his corn dog, which he is showing off in the pictures.

Bed time/play time

Henry has figured out how to get toys from the crates next to his crib and lift them over the top and into his bed with him.  We never know what we are going to find when we go to get him up!  This is a picture of him doing a little handy work with his tools one morning.

Buddies

We love our friends, the Kaldenbachs!  They are the family that we will eventually be next door neighbors with.  We have been able to have Jaden (or Duh-duh, according to Henry) come over on Monday mornings while his sister is at gymnastics.  The boys have a great time playing together (and maybe a not-so-great time learning about sharing)!  Here are a few pictures of these BFF's :)

Faces

These are some of the faces we see in a day :)

the I'm-not-getting-my-way face

the leave-me-alone face

And our favorite, the happy face :)

Neighbors

Last summer Mo and Drew moved into the house next door to us.  They are working with Campus Outreach on Clemson's campus and have become some of our best friends.  We have been so grateful to have them living so close to us and have loved the community we have with them daily.  We are also so grateful for the way they have loved on Henry (and babysat for us several times!).

This picture is from a double date a few months ago.

Pizza

Henry's recent favorite food.  He loves it and anytime we ask him what he'd like to eat he asks for "pi-pi!"
