Bedtime

Henry rarely goes to sleep right away when we put him down for bed.  The other night we heard him talking and playing, then looked under his door and noticed that his light was on.  We decided that we needed to talk to him about that, so Travis went back to Henry's room.

Travis:  Henry, why is your light on?
Henry:  Because I turned it on.

Haha...I guess he did answer the question...

Christmas Gift Ideas

Travis and I had just been discussing whether or not to get Cora an exersaucer for Christmas.  My vote was yes, and Travis's was no.  Then Travis found a gift card to Target that we had forgotten about and told me how much credit was on it.

Me:  Exersaucer for Christmas!!!
Henry (who we didn't even know was listening):  NO, A PUPPY!!!

Catch Up

Alright, I have hardly posted anything since Cora was born.  So, get ready for a quick replay of the last four months of our lives.  Between the holidays and having a newborn, this is really how fast I feel like it's gone!

Brennan and Evan's wedding -- Henry was the ring-bearer (Sept. 6-7)

Mini-vacation at the lake with Mo and Drew (Sept. 11-15 -- the week before Cora was born)

Family hike (Oct. 12)

First smiles (5-6 wks)

Halloween (we didn't dress up but we made pumpkin cookies and got frosties!)

Visiting Uncle Brady and family in AL (Nov. 14-16)

And house hunting.  I don't have pictures of that, but it has occupied very much of our time over the last few months.

There.  Now I can stop feeling guilty about being behind and hopefully start keeping up! :)
