Storytime

One of Henry's new favorite things to do is to tell stories.  He loves to have us tell him stories, but he has also been telling stories to us.  These are a few that I wrote down that he told me while he was eating breakfast last week.

Once upon a time there was an acorn with eyes and mouth.  And the big bad wolf came and ate that acorn up!  And I put him in my milk and ate him up.  (Me:  Are you the big bad wolf?)  Yeah, I was a minute ago in the forest.  And I ate that eyes and mouth acorn up and throw him away.  Because he was old.

Once upon a time a bubble came flap flap flapping and singing "Doobie doobie doobie I'm hungry and I want get some breakfast."  And the rest of the bubbles hit that bubble and throw him away.  And the big bad wolf came and ate him up and threw him away.  Into the forest came a BAD DOGGY!  And a milkshake came and hit the big bad wolf and threw him away RIGHT IN THE HEAD.  The big bad wolf was trying to get away and the milkshake stopped him and shoot him right in the head.  That's not nice to shoot someone but the milkshake did since the big bad wolf was bad.

Sorry for the violence there...I think we had just been talking about the story of David and Goliath :)
